On November 27, 2021, four teachers from SCAU, South China Agricultural University, Xie Dizhi, Chen Shijun, Xu Chao, and Wu Kun, led nearly 150 students to Nutriera Zhuhai Industrial Park for internship communication. Liu Mingchao, Assistant President of Nutriera Group, He Fen, Director of Quality Management, Du Hongbing, Director of Production and Operations, warmly received the teachers and students.

 Liu Mingchao delivered a welcome speech on behalf of Nutriera. He pointed out that the aquaculture industry has three important values and contributions. Firstly, eating fish is healthier. Secondly, aquaculture species does not compete with humans for food competition. Finally, aquaculture has a positive contribution to carbon neutrality. After years of development, the aquatic industry has undergone stupendous changes: the working environment and working efficiency of aquatic enterprises have been greatly improved. Aquaculture is bidding farewell to the traditional fishery model, and is moving towards to the model of specialization, intelligence, and scale. Many advanced technologies have been applied to the aquaculture industry, and many new aquaculture models have also emerged, such as container fish farming, fish and vegetable symbiosis, etc... The industry has great potential for development and broad employment prospects. We call on students to have a deeper understanding of the aquatic industry, passion for the aquatic industry, take root in aquaculture, and make some achievements.

Afterwards, eight professional commentators from Nutriera led the teachers and students to visit Nutriera Zhuhai Industrial Park.  

In the 50-meter-high premix production plant, the complete aquatic premix equipment from the world's leading company Swiss Buhler and the top-level fully intelligent WINCOS operating system left a deep impression on the teachers and students, which greatly widened their horizon.

The commentators of Nutriera introduced the positioning of the research institute, R&D platform, R&D system, supporting system, and demonstrated three precise experimental systems created by Nutriera, which can carry out experiments about nutrition and probiotics research, aquatic seedling research and other multifunctional experimental research. In addition, the teachers and students visited Nutriera Analytical Testing Center and learned that the center is equipped with a series of high-precision testing instruments, which can conduct more than 100 tests covering feed, feed premix, feed additives, probiotics, raw materials and other fields. The advanced nutrition and probiotics concept, R & D facilities, and management system all left a deep impression on the teachers and students.

Precise experiment system and analytical testing center

After the visit, He Fen, Quality Management Director of Nutriera Group, and Liu Jiajia, Manager of Quality Technical Service Department, introduced Nutriera quality management system, which are careful selection-raw materials, precise design-formula, lean manufacturing-production, precise inspection-quality control, fine management-system, so that the teachers and students have a comprehensive and systematic understanding of how to produce high-quality premix.

Regarding the topic of "enterprise talent training", which is of particular interest to the teachers and students, Nutriera management team also made a brief introduction, especially the “1234 talent training mechanism” for new graduates, and welcome the students to join Nutriera in the near future.
