Nutriera was invited to attend “International Joint Seminar for Trilateral Schools and Enterprises of China-Canada-Indonesia”

Early Spring with fresh air everywhere. On 24th February 2016, academic experts and famous enterprise representatives from China, Canada and Indonesia gathered in Huazhong Agriculture University. They organized a seminar called “International Joint Seminar for Trilateral Schools and Enterprises of China-Canada-Indonesia". Dr. Yang Yong, president of Link Ocean Group and General Manager of Nutriera was invited to attend.

The conference not only contained high level academic information from universities and research institutes, but also exchange of practice from enterprises. The conference themes were colorful with numerous experts gathered together. The reports covered many areas which mainly including Aquaculture Nutrition, Feed, Farming, Immunological, Genetic Breeding, Resource Conservation, Water Quality Improvement etc. All spoke English during the whole conference. Several significant and famous guests have also attended. Prof. Dominique P. Bureau, who came from University of Guelph, Canada, is the most influential people on Academic as well as the international top fisheries nutritionist. He is one of the authors of the international authoritative work of Fisheries and Nutrition called Nutrient Requirements of Fish and Shrimp. The book had great impact which was regarded as the Bible for the global fish and shrimp nutrition field. Dr. Petrus Hidayat, the key representative of feed enterprises, is the vice president from Japfa Comfeed. His company is a listed multinational group with feed volume of 2 million tons and production plants in many Asian countries. Dr. Yang Yong is the unique enterprise representative from China to join the conference for communication and presentation. The publicity video, enterprise style, international experience and professional team of Nutriera left a deep impression on all the participants.

The conference was hosted by Aquatic Academy of Huazhong Agriculture University and chaired by Dr. Wang Chunfang and Dr. Li Dapeng. Several Doctors and Professors have also shared their latest research achievements during the conference.  Prof. Dominique of Canada gave high praise and said that the scientific research level as well as production achievement of Chinese Aquaculture were progressing so rapidly.  On the other hand, with more and more young people who speak English and have international version to join this industry, aquaculture is bound to inject new vitality into China.
